I recently had the pleasure of reading "Truly Huge", a eBook on natural bodybuilding authored by Paul Becker. I found "Truly Huge" to be an excellent source of training information for anyone interested in following the drug-free training lifestyle. It contains sensible and effective training information and is written in a clear, concise style that will be easily understood by everyone.

Those of you who like training manuals to be beyond principles and provide sample training programs will not be disappointed. Mr. Becker has provided an ample supply of such examples. He also explains, in a clear fashion, the "why" behind what he recommends.

It is also obvious that Mr. Becker puts a high premium on overall physical/mental health through his unique approach to his integration of training into an overall, balanced way of living. I would recommend the addition of this book to all those who would like to share in the philosophy of the drug free "Truly Huge" lifestyle.
